This Privacy Policy explains how ScriptExpert.app processes account, purchase, support and licensing information.
1. Account and order data
We may process names, email addresses, billing details, order information and license identifiers required to provide the service.
2. License and installation data
The desktop application may send product token, edition, application version, platform, architecture and a hashed machine identifier to the licensing service. These values are used for activation, entitlement checks, security and update delivery.
3. Project content
Licensing and installation endpoints do not receive project source code, project databases, terminal history or AI conversations as part of normal license verification.
4. AI providers
Content intentionally submitted to an AI provider is sent to that provider according to the provider selected by the customer. Provider credentials remain under the customer’s configuration.
5. Payments and third parties
Payment providers and marketplaces process payment information under their own privacy policies. We receive the transaction information needed to fulfill orders and licenses.
6. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable legal requirements.
7. Your rights
